1. Basic Terms

1.1 This application is provided by an independent developer (hereinafter referred to as the "Developer"). All features run locally on the user's device. There is no user account system, and basic features are available without login.

1.2 Subscription services are optional and exclusively provided through Apple In-App Purchase. The Developer does not process any payment data and only receives subscription status notifications from Apple's system to unlock premium features.

2. Usage Restrictions

2.1 You agree:

Not to reverse engineer, crack, or engage in any activity that may disrupt the application's functionality
Not to use this application for commercial purposes (such as resale, bulk distribution, etc.)
To comply with Apple Store usage policies and local laws and regulations

2.2 The Developer reserves the right to block access for devices involved in abusive activities.

3. Subscription Rules

3.1 Subscription Management

All subscriptions are automatically managed by the Apple account system
Cancellation/refunds must be processed through the "Subscriptions" feature in iOS Settings
The Developer has no authority to intervene in Apple's payment processes

3.2 Important Notes

                    Subscriptions automatically renew unless manually canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends
Prices may vary by region/tax rates and are displayed by Apple at the time of purchase

4. Disclaimer

4.1 The Developer declares:

The application does not collect any user data (see Privacy Policy for details)
No cloud storage services are provided; uninstalling the application permanently deletes local data
No commitment is made to permanently free features or continuous updates

4.2 The Developer shall not be liable for service interruptions caused by:

Apple system service failures
User device compatibility issues
Force majeure events (such as natural disasters, network restrictions)

5. Additional Terms

5.1 These terms are governed by the laws of the user's country/region. Disputes should be resolved primarily through official Apple channels.

5.2 The Developer reserves the right to modify these terms. Significant changes will be notified via an in-app popup on the application launch screen.
